Trust Grow fertilizer production plant and the R & D facility, both are in one combined unit and is situated near Bengaluru. We do have a state-of-the-art production facility with all the essential modern equipment, quality testing lab, trained staff, and storage space. The R & D unit is headed by Dr. Sriramulu, retired professor and head of the department of Agriculture Microbiology, University of Agricultural Sciences Bangalore with decades of experience in the same field. He is assisted by a team of soil scientists and supporting staff to carryout field trails and product development activities. The company owns irrigated land attached to the R & D unit of about 8 acres.
Periodical testing of samples is conducted to ascertain the quality of the raw materials and the finished products by a team of soil scientists. A well established and sophisticated quality control laboratory is setup with all the necessary equipment such as laminar air flow, spectrophotometer, binocular stereo and research microscopes, atomic absorption spectrometer, hot air oven, pH meter, BOD incubator, electric conductivity meter, digital colony counter, hot water bath refrigerator, autoclave, electronic balances, mechanical shaker, and water distillation unit. Trust Grow has always had a scientific approach to finding long term solutions to the current agricultural problems in our country.
In order to do this our R&D & Operations departments had to conduct research on understanding common problems amongst the agriculture community & pricing preferences.
They will serve as experts in understanding farmer’s point of view better in instances where decisions must be made keeping their preferences in mind. Trust Grow will also include any consultants to the SME team who the company will deem vital to the project.

Hence, in 2019 the company built a state-of-the-art R&D facility to develop high quality fertilizers that would benefit the farming community.
Since 2019, Trust Grow has introduced 80 plus products to the farming community that has been generating positive results for the farmers across the country. With extensive research and development over the years the company has excelled in introducing products like bio fertilizers, fortified bio fertilizers, probiotics, organic manure, enriched manure, Phosphor compost, PROM, organic matter decomposers, and crop specific special products.
Trust Grow also introduced range of water-soluble fertilizers, notified micro nutrients for soil & foliar application, amino acids, organic based bio pesticides, bio stimulants and soil amendments. The bio fertilizer has been the most innovative product so far containing most effective microbial strains with high CFU, an increased product shelf life and products suitable for adverse climatic conditions.
TG research labs are state of the art, with top-of-the-line equipment for isolation and development of new crops befitting microbial strains and for microbial quality monitoring and maintenance. Along with this the analytical laboratory at Trust Grow runs continuous quality analysis of micronutrients and other inorganic sources of plant nutrients.

TG holds agricultural lands, Polyhouses, and vermi compost units for R&D activities and to test product efficiency and reliability prior to introduction of the product into the market. As a part of quality demonstration process TG conducts field trials of its products in the trial agricultural plots.
